- Toolroom Capabilities -

Our machining capabilities include but are not limited to CNC and manual milling, CNC and manual turning, CNC spark eroding, form, surface, cylindrical and jig grinding, pantographing and copy milling.

We have also developed very good working relations with leading and very reputable providers of other specialised services within the industry. Consequently we are in the position to use the highest quality heat treatment, thread grinding, wire cutting, gear cutting, nickel and chrome plating and 3D computer modelling as required.

Our work force is very stable and consists of highly skilled and motivated people. We understand that in this field a company is only as good as its employees. Part of our success has been our ability to attract and retain the right person for the job by offering comprehensive remuneration and a satisfying work environment.

At present we employ 20 toolmakers, 3 design staff, 2 apprentices and an accountant. Our design staff includes our Technical Manager Mr Herbert Tschinkowitz, who has been with the company for more than 15 years and is a highly knowledgable person in all aspects of plastics tooling.
