Our team of skilled designers, toolmakers and machinists have been working alongside each other for many years, in some cases more than 20 years. From design to finishing, the tooling is fashioned with some of the best machinery available for the task. A large extent of which are CNC machines ensuring exacting tolerances and faster machining times, translating to closer delivery lead times for clients.

From start to finish if you wish

In most instances we are appointed to manage entire projects. This involves the design, manufacture, testing and on time delivery of many different tools producing all components of a new product line.

Some of our clients elect to provide their own tool drawings, however most of the moulds we build are designed and drawn in house on our CAD system. These tools are fully detailed, and all drawings are kept for future reference. Customers regularly rely on our ability to provide details of their tools built as much as 25 years ago.

Challenging projects are no problem

We have in some cases needed to work between three time zones in order to complete tooling projects, liaising with industrial designers in Europe, the client in Asia and manufacture and trialing implementation at home in Australia.
