At Mervyn Jones we have always maintained a strict policy of confidentiality on behalf of clients material.

All written material, data and product samples are maintained in appropriate safe storage. Our employees and contractors are aware of how careful we are when concerning a client's privilege of information and adhere to our policy of confidentiality in all verbal communication.

After 40 plus years of dealing with some of Australia's and the world's largest plastic product manufacturers we have not had one instance nor rumour where a clients material has been compromised in any way through inadvertent leakage of information. In a small market such as Australia's plastic industry we could ill afford to have a reputation for such indelicate dealings with clients intellectual property.
